Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Company: Carlyle Family Foods

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Carlyle Family Foods. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
