Compassionate Caregiver for Children

At Bayshore HealthCare, we prioritize providing exceptional care to families in need. We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team as caregivers for children. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young patients and their families.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour. You will also receive additional pay differentials and flexible scheduling to ensure your growth and well-being.
Job Description
In this fulfilling role, you will provide personalized, family-centered care within the comfort of the child's own home. You will work closely with families to understand their needs and develop a care plan that suits their unique requirements. Your primary focus will be on building meaningful connections with each child and family, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must hold an active license with the BC College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNM). You should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient approach to caregiving. Prior experience working with children is preferred but not necessary.
