Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Skinny Duke's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including cash handling, balance sheets, and financial reporting.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, management environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, overtime required.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
