Job Title: Heavy Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Cogir Immobilier. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean and sanitized according to established standards
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including floor care and storage space organization
  • Assist with laundry and linen services
  • Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of common areas and resident rooms
Requirements:
  • PDSB training or equivalent
  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
