Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

K&H LOYALTY SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including sales floor staff and office personnel.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a retail business environment, with regular exposure to customers and sales floor staff.

Physical Demands:
  • Walking and standing for extended periods.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client focus and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
  • Initiative and ability to multitask.
