We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Operations Management team at VP CAN ENTERPRISE INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
- Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the success of our operations.
- Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Operations Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and initiative.
- Permanent Employment: A stable and secure employment opportunity with VP CAN ENTERPRISE INC.
- Language of Work: English.
- Hours of Work: 32 hours per week.
