Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Quality Control Supervisor to join our team at Seaspan. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process for electrical systems and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for electrical systems
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Identify and report any quality issues or defects and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality control processes are integrated into all aspects of the project
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in the electrical industry
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
