  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene policies, including temperature record keeping and proper waste disposal.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including equipment maintenance and restocking.
  • Operate dishwashers and assist with food service delivery as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of sustainability and waste reduction, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and accountability in all aspects of the job.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of previous experience in a similar position in food and beverage operations.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Strong capacity to work with and motivate a culturally diverse workforce.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
