About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Lottery. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering digital products that meet the needs of our players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop digital products that meet player needs.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our players and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of our product roadmap and strategy to drive business growth and player engagement.
  • Work with stakeholders to assess business value and prioritize product development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize product offerings.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., commerce, marketing, computer science).
  • 2+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience working with data-driven tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development, including user experience, user interface, and product management principles.
