Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team at Leecon Development Ltd. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and integrate website-related code to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Document technical requirements to guarantee that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Write, modify, and test website-related code to ensure functionality and quality.
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website.
  • Create and optimize content for the website using various graphics, databases, animation, and other software.
  • Research and evaluate interactive media software products to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the website meets our high standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Perform usability testing to ensure the website is user-friendly and meets our clients' needs.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in web design and development.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based technologies, HTML editing software, and website creation and management software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English.
