Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

At Randstad Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of customer Master Data within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for new account activation and processing of new customers using SAP, Salesforce, Paradox, and Excel.
  • Update customer Master Data while ensuring data integrity.
  • Ensure the accurate completion of application forms, as each area is highly regulated by taxation laws and specific to each province.
  • Perform due diligence investigation on customer profiles prior to activating accounts.
  • Verify customer history of bankruptcies and previous ownership with ITL through bank references and trade references.
  • Collect returned payments for delinquent accounts using risk assessment.
  • Recommend sending delinquent accounts to our third-party collection agency.
  • Support with the releasing of orders flagged in the system with credit validation checks.
  • Continuous contact with team members, account representatives, and customers regarding investigations conducted.
Requirements:
  • With a financial background.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office - Excel skills).
  • Persistence and agility for your end goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for nurturing strong client relationships.
  • The ability to prioritize and be highly organized.
  • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, business hours, some flexibility may be needed).
