Job Description

The Administrator, Payment and Cash Management plays a vital role in supporting our Commercial Products and Services team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our members by executing administration and operational tasks with precision and attention to detail. Your expertise will ensure that all member information is accurate and up-to-date, and that our products and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the Associate, PCM, to provide regular reporting on product and service usage to Commercial management, and to ensure that all customer files are accurate and complete. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will also be essential in maintaining accurate records and forms, as well as in coordinating regular department pricing reviews and data gathering.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Products and Services team
- Execute administration and operational tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure all member information is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide regular reporting on product and service usage to Commercial management
- Maintain accurate customer files and records
- Coordinate regular department pricing reviews and data gathering

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in retail or commercial banking or cash management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma plus some additional post-secondary courses
