About the Role:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data integration solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data quality and data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data visualizations and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to our data integration processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in ETL development using tools like Snowflake or other column-oriented, cloud-based databases.
  • Experience with data debugging and data quality processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment; ability to coach other team members.
  • Strong, proactive communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with ambiguous requirements.
  • Experience with sales, marketing, customer success, and/or finance data sources (Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite, Anaplan, Zendesk, Gainsight) in a B2B/SaaS environment is preferred.
