System Support Role in Capital Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team in the Equity Derivatives Technology Production Services group. As a seasoned expert, you will be responsible for driving platform stability and efficiency initiatives.

In this role, you will support a suite of foundational data services that underpin the functionality of Trading, Pricing, and Risk Management applications for the Equity Derivatives business. You will work closely with business clients and stakeholders to understand priorities and impact, providing timely and accurate reports to management and end-users on the status of critical systems and processes.

You will investigate, resolve, and report on complex technical issues requiring business application understanding. Your proactive approach will ensure maximum system availability and platform stability, collaborating with Development and Technology Infrastructure teams to improve resilience and maintainability.

To succeed in this position, you must have a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) combined with a minimum of 3 years' experience providing application support on complex enterprise systems. Strong foundational knowledge and experience with key technologies such as Unix and Windows server management, database administration, network load balancing, real-time monitoring tools, job scheduling software, and one or more scripting languages are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be deadline-driven, and results-oriented, able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
