About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Liquidation Max Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Warehouse Operations: Coordinate and manage the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a warehouse setting.
