About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Processing Labourer to join our team at Blue Coast Seafood Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Logistics: Safely transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout the facility.
  • Equipment Operation: Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers, and remove filled containers from conveyors.
  • Packaging and Quality Control: Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, and check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
