Warehouse Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled forklift operator to join our team at RONA. As a key member of our receiving, loading, and handling operations in our distribution center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and store products according to standards.
- Inspect equipment, loads, and products to ensure compliance and report issues.
- Prepare and assemble orders, prioritizing tasks and ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by assisting with warehouse and yard maintenance.
- Record returns and stock adjustments in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service using SMART principles.
- Forklift operator certification (license if required).
- Capacity for continuous physical work (lifting up to 23 kg) in varied outdoor conditions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Team spirit, effective communication, and task autonomy.
- Familiarity with materials and stock management procedures.
