Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of maintenance workers to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems.
    • Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
    • Identify and mitigate any potential health and safety risks.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance and repair activities.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
