About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Web Developer to join our team at Unbounce. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our websites, ensuring they are modern, engaging, and optimized for user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new features, maintaining updated branding, content, and messaging across our websites.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive, and SEO-friendly web pages using WordPress and Unbounce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to scope and deliver high-impact projects on time.
  • Ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to Core Web Vitals and Web Accessibility Standards.
  • Manage staging and live environments, overseeing hosting providers and optimizing WordPress plugins and connectors.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to raise the standards of our web-based properties and landing pages.
  • Debug and troubleshoot layout and scripting issues across various devices and browsers.
  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end code, ensuring design integrity.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of front-end web experience, preferably in a SaaS or marketing agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, as well as experience with WordPress, Unbounce, and WP Engine.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, UI/UX design, and version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A motivated self-starter with a passion for learning new technologies and methods.
