Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Coatings Specialist to join our team at A. F. Theriault & Son Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish and adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply coatings to surfaces using automated spray painting, brush, or hand-held spray guns
  • Prepare surfaces for coating by etching, sandblasting, or steam cleaning
  • Select and mix paints or coatings according to specifications
  • Operate equipment to prepare items for coating, including sandblasters and steam cleaners
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in industrial coatings or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
