Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Apparel Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting various company programs and promotions, and maintaining visual presentation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legendary customer service by assisting customers in making buying decisions and identifying their needs.
• Promote various company programs and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
• Maintain visual presentation standards, including in-store signage, merchandise recovering, and restocking.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues using good judgment and logic.
• Assist in other areas of the store when business needs dictate.
• Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors by maintaining knowledge of trends and emerging technologies related to the outdoor lifestyle.

Qualifications:

• One or more years' experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers' needs and make recommendations based on needs.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to use good judgment and logic.
• Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle is an asset.
