About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team under the Technology and Data department. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building, configuring, and evolving end-to-end technology solutions that enable Legal and Compliance business groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document results with subject matter experts.
- Build as-is and to-be process design flows, identifying efficiencies and leveraging the capability of digital resources.
- Liaise with Engineers and business subject matter experts to brainstorm and document innovative solutions alternatives.
- Participate in process design meetings and translate outcomes into process documentation.
- Collaborate with the team members, vendors, and business partners to create project plans and track progress against the plans.
- Understand the data and data flow to assist in preparing the road maps related to migration / transformation programs.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years' experience in a related role.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with Technology and Data colleagues, business partners and external vendors.
- Experience in leading complex group meetings during requirements elicitation and design sessions.
- Proven ability in capturing business and data integration requirements and preparing the technical specifications for the Engineering team.
- Proven ability to manage projects end to end and coordinate with different teams.
- Experience with process development and solid understanding of project life cycle and the capability to apply best practices knowledge to unique and dynamic situations.
- Experience in capturing, analyzing, and illustrating process flows to identify efficiencies.
- Proven ability to deliver presentations to business partners using the appropriate approach.
- Demonstrated analytical and negotiation skills, and close attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban processes, and work management tools: JIRA, Confluence
- Advance knowledge of MS Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in SQL and knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Experience writing Python code to help automate the testing process.
