Join our team at FULL OF BEANS COFFEE CO. (JUBILEE) INC. as a Food Service Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and supervise the assembly of trays.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of quality control.
