We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Manager to lead our SD-WAN team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our WAN/LAN connectivity in stores. Your expertise in network architecture, implementation, and operations will enable us to deliver reliable and high-performance networks to our stores.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise network architecture, implementation, and operations, as well as hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies. You will lead the rollout of enhancements to SD-WAN devices, controllers, and edge appliances across multiple locations. Additionally, you will test, validate, and troubleshoot SD-WAN deployments to ensure reliability and performance. The role also involves preparing regular reports on network performance, incident resolutions, and project updates. Furthermore, you will participate in strategic discussions around network expansion, scalability, and optimization. As a subject matter expert (SME) for Network operations, you will offer technical leadership during major network transformations/Major incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the rollout of enhancements to SD-WAN devices, controllers, and edge appliances across multiple locations
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot SD-WAN deployments to ensure reliability and performance
- Prepare regular reports on network performance, incident resolutions, and project updates

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP (Enterprise), CCIE, SD-WAN Specialist, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Strong experience in enterprise network architecture, implementation, and operations. Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies
- Deep understanding of SD-WAN architecture, protocols, and technologies (e.g., BGP, OSPF, IPsec, QoS)
- Good to have knowledge on network security technologies, such as firewalls, VPNs, and secure edge solutions, and experience in Cloud
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., MIST, ThousandEyes, Splunk) and performance optimization
