Inside Sales Associate

Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. is a leading provider of automation solutions, serving a diverse range of industries. Our expertise in process management and industrial automation enables us to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in a designated region
  • Delegate engineered requests within the sales team
  • Manage customer portal activities, including retrieving and distributing new purchase orders
  • Create quotes for parts, services, and non-engineered products
  • Ensure seamless execution of orders from quotation to final shipment
  • Follow up with customers in a timely manner
  • Coordinate between service providers and customers
  • Maintain correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Assist in managing product returns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or College Diploma
  • Three to Five years' experience in customer service or sales
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple objectives
  • Hard working with high personal standards
  • Team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows
