Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team at Naomi Zouzout.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a home-based setting. This is a temporary, part-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents;
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties;
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents;
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development;
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home;
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children;
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals;
- Prepare infants and children for rest periods;
- Supervise and care for children;
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field;
- Excellent oral communication skills;
- Flexibility and initiative;
- Judgement and reliability;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Time management and patience skills.
