Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Surgeon to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a Plastic Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases, prescribing medications and treatments, preparing patients for surgery, ordering lab tests and x-rays, and consulting with other physicians as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat diseases, prescribe medications and treatments
- Prepare patients for surgery, order lab tests and x-rays
- Consult with other physicians as required
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine Degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery
- Eligibility for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
