About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Everest Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, determining food portion sizes, and planning menus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate special events and functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs, maintaining efficiency and profitability.
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, adhering to high culinary standards.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, prioritizing their safety and satisfaction.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, upholding a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring timely setup and execution.
Culinary Expertise
