Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Edo Japan Limited Partnership. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including grilled meats, vegetables, and other menu items.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with kitchen staff and management.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to health and safety standards.
