Senior Slot Machine Games Project Manager

We are searching for an experienced Technical Project Manager who will be in charge of the development and delivery of high-quality slot machine games for the online and land-based cabinet gaming industries. This role requires someone with strong technical skills, knowledge of game design and development, and experience in managing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and technical requirements. We are looking for someone who can lead and manage a team of professionals, oversee multiple projects, and ensure successful delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple B2B projects related to online and land-based cabinet gaming.
- Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including game designers, developers, artists, and testers.
- Participate in the development process to ensure that slot games meet technical requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end game development process, from initial concept to final release.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage product deployments and post-launch monitoring.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management in the slot machine gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of game development technologies and tools.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
