We are a leading provider of energy services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in Hinton, Alberta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and residential electrical work and be looking to expand their skills in the industrial sector.

As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring they are completed safely and efficiently, and mentoring junior team members.

• Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols
  
• Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
  
• Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity
  
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 
  
• A strong background in commercial and residential electrical work
  
• At least [5] years of experience as an electrician or in a related field
  
• A valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to travel locally
  
• A demonstrated ability to work safely and adhere to industry standards
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
  

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
