  • Be the go-to resource for all Capco employees and clients on fraud-related matters.
  • Drive client relationships and understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead project teams and manage project deliverables.
  • Engage with customers to understand project requirements and manage expectations.
  • Prepare work schedules and timelines with customers and the extended team.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
  • Regularly communicate project status and circulate project information to the team.

  • You will need 5+ years of experience in project management or business analysis, with a specific focus on fraud projects within the banking environment.
  • You will have good knowledge and/or experience working with fraud technology projects and a strong understanding of the key offerings in this space.
  • You will be proficient in detecting and analyzing fraudulent activities within the Canadian banking sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, compliance standards, and emerging trends in financial crime.
  • You will be skilled in developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies, including the deployment of advanced fraud detection tools, techniques, and technologies to mitigate risks and safeguard customer assets.
  • You will have experience conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent transactions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies to effectively identify, mitigate, and prevent fraud schemes.
  • You will be able to speak with customer leaders to extract expectations, provide insightful information, and manage expectations.
  • You will be comfortable speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • You will be able to think strategically and execute tactically, enabling cross-business teams.
  • You will be highly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction, product development, and technology.
  • You will have excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills.
  • You will have excellent people and presentation skills.
