About the RoleThe Healthcare Support Worker will work collaboratively with our healthcare delivery team to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients. This will involve:
- Providing non-direct and non-clinical healthcare supports to clients, residents, families, and visitors;
- Establishing rapport with clients and their families to promote physical, emotional, cultural, social, and spiritual well-being;
- Observing clients and their environments to identify and report unsafe conditions, behavioral and/or physical changes to designated supervisors;
- Assisting with mealtime activities, setting up and collecting meal trays, and performing housekeeping duties.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients.

- A competitive hourly rate of $24.80 until wage leveling ends, then reflecting collective agreement pay rates;
