Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at S.i. Systèmes. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in HR ERP/HCM and a strong background in SAP Cloud (S4/HANA) or similar Cloud ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Update documented current business processes for Human Resources
- Provide input and reviews relevant design documents, including solution design
- Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) artifacts such as; test scripts, test cases, test conditions, and expected results
- Assist the Module Lead in facilitating stakeholder meetings,
- Provide recommendations on risk identification and risk mitigation strategies
- Participate in data conversions and perform data validations for MC4 and Cutover, write SQLs and other tools to help with the validation process
- Participate and actively execute tests during SIT3. Lead testing sessions in UAT to support business area testers.
- Manage changing priorities to complete project delivery within defined constraints (time, scope, budget, etc.)
- Develops appropriate documentation, to program standards and creates appropriate program artifacts
- Delivers to agreed upon project plan, provides status updates, proactively identifies Risks & Issues to the Module Lead

Requirements

- 7+ years as a Business Analyst
- SAP Cloud (S4/HANA) or similar Cloud ERP experience
- Experience with Data Validation and Cutover activities (implementation experience)
- Can write SQL queries
- Professional degree or certification (CBAP preferred)
- Willing and able to work Hybrid in Edmonton, AB (minimum 2 days per week onsite)

Preferred Qualifications

- CBAP
- WorkForce Software (WFS)
