Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced farm worker to assist with various tasks on our farm, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent physical stamina.

Responsibilities:
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Harvest crops, including hand harvesting vegetables
  • Operate equipment and machinery, such as combine harvesters and lift trucks
  • Work in a rural area, outdoors, and in various weather conditions
  • Meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Requirements:
  • Experience in farming or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work long hours, up to 55 hours per week
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, outdoors, and in various weather conditions. The work will involve standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting heavy loads.
