We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at CAA ICON. As a leading owners representative and strategic management consulting firm, we provide world-class service in the areas of project management, strategic advisory, feasibility and planning, and more.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day project implementation by CAA ICON, overseeing direct management of all staff including Project Controls Managers, Project Field Managers, and Project Coordinators. Key responsibilities include managing project design, construction, and owner-direct contracts; tracking project budget and schedule compliance; and establishing working protocols with ICON staff and key consultants.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess experience in major projects within the construction or related services industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or real estate, or 7-10 years' relevant experience on major projects;
  • Familiarity with CSI Division structure, construction change orders, budget formats, and architectural/engineering plans;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Project;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, creative, analytical, and collaborative;
  • Ability to travel as required for project needs;
