Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cap 3 Associate to join our receiving and salesfloor team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise through our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  2. Prepare and reset the receiving area to ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
  3. Unload and sort general merchandise trailers to ensure accurate and timely receipt of inventory.
  4. Pull pallets of merchandise to the salesfloor for overnight processing and stocking.
  5. Assist in stocking the salesfloor as assigned and provide excellent customer service when necessary.
  6. Binning overstock merchandise to maintain a well-organized and efficient inventory system.
  7. Complete live unloading of other types of merchandise to meet business needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, a background in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
