About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer at All Rounder Construction Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Operations
    • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site
    • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required
    • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assistance and Support
    • Assist the medical examiner in charge as needed
    • Help with drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
    • Assist with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
    • Pave and rake asphalt
    • Assist with demolishing buildings
    • Clean and pile salvaged materials
    • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
    • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
    • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Work Environment
    • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Work in a noisy and dusty environment
  • Requirements
    • Physically demanding role requiring stamina and endurance
    • Experience an asset, but not required
    • Ability to work 40 hours per week
    • Fluency in English
