Job Title: Construction Painter

Ronson Painting is seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team. As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You will be exposed to odours and will need to climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or other support structures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or other support structures
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be reliable and a team player.
