About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Amanail Boutique. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments made by customers, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock and maintain an attractive and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and customer-centric manner.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supervise Sales Staff: Mentor and guide sales team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Supervision: 1-2 people, 3-4 people, or working groups.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and flexibility.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
