Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned 421a Supervisor to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of skilled 421a mechanics in daily operations.
  • Maintain, repair, and diagnose heavy machinery and equipment used in metal recycling operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Complete repairs and replacements of faulty components, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repair tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and log work performed.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while conducting maintenance and repairs.
