Genuine Comfort is a leading distributor of Air Conditioners and Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners across Canada. We are dedicated to delivering comfort consistently to hospitality, senior living, and multi-family markets.

We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Executive to drive company growth by expanding our territory and capturing market share. The ideal candidate will leverage their prospecting skills to identify and engage potential clients, communicate our value proposition, and build a strong book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Client retention and relationship building, ensuring retention and ongoing business growth.
  • Customer service, responding to customer inquiries promptly and providing excellent service.
  • Sales and market data management, capturing and organizing key market and customer data in our CRM system.
  • Referrals and testimonials, uncovering referrals and testimonials by requesting customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development and B2B product sales.
  • Outstanding professional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French.
  • Self-motivated and able to make proactive or rapid decisions based on experience and knowledge.

We will be conducting a multi-round interview process, including virtual and in-person interviews, to assess the candidate's skills and fit for the role.
