We are seeking a skilled Master Furniture Craftsman to join our team at Perfect Finishing Corp. as a cabinet assembler.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for preparing, sanding, and trimming wooden furniture and fixture parts, assembling wooden or metal furniture and fixture parts to form subassemblies and complete articles, and installing hardware on furniture and fixtures.
You will also be required to make minor adjustments and repairs, ensuring that all finished products meet the highest standards of quality.
This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek, offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, sand, and trim wooden furniture and fixture parts
- Assemble wooden or metal furniture and fixture parts to form subassemblies and complete articles
- Install hardware on furniture and fixtures
- Make minor adjustments and repairs
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Basic security clearance
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
