Job Title: On-Call Custodian

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented On-Call Custodian to join our team at School District No. 48. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including lifting furniture and operating cleaning equipment
  • Apply floor coatings and maintain building security
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning and maintenance goals
Requirements:
  • Grade 10 completion or equivalent
  • Relevant courses or workshops, such as the Building Service Worker course
  • Knowledge of WHMIS and WCB safety regulations
