Job Title: Pharmacy Aide

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmacy Aide to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart #4866. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter client information into databases and maintain prescription records.
  • Assist pharmacists with various tasks, including preparing and labeling pharmaceutical products.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Environment:

Our pharmacy is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
