About the Role

This full-time, permanent position is responsible for providing HR support to the North York Warehouse team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, time-off requests, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained within the HR information system.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular risk assessments.

A minimum of 5 years of HR experience is required, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in both English and Korean is an asset.
