Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at T,U,F,F. Exteriors Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on exterior projects.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers 35-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Manage exterior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or civil engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction management, preferably in exterior projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule to accommodate changing project needs.
