Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit and hire staff, and supervise their performance to ensure that the motel is running at its best.
- Negotiation and Budgeting: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, and prepare budgets to monitor revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service to ensure that all guests have a positive experience.
