We are seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at DIVRAJ FREIGHT SERVICES INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation department.
Responsibilities- Supervise a team of 5-10 drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods.
- Prepare and review reports to track productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate repairs and rentals of company vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
- Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
