Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Balkana European Bakery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and shipping schedules
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
